My name is Maggie Schneider (they/them) and I am Care Task Doula. Baltimore City has been my home since 2012, when I relocated from the PNW to attend graduate school. Born and raised in the Midwest, caretaking is embedded in my identity. I’ve spent years taking care of children, museum artworks, and artist studio spaces. In 2024, I endured several destabilizing events that provided valuable insight into how I wanted to move forward in this world.

I connect to people as an artist, parent, neurodiverse, nonbinary and queer individual. There is a lot of need for care, connection, and support in these communities and beyond. Care Task Doula is how I choose to live my values, provide for my family, and offer compassionate care and support to folks who need and want it.

Community is the path to thriving. I am looking forward to extending my community and resources to you and yours.
